Howard Hoskin

Howard is an electronic trading veteran with over 25 years of experience in both Buyside and Sellside Sales. Following a stint at Barclays Capital in Bond Sales, he joined Bloomberg where, over a 20-year period, he held multiple Senior Sales and Leadership roles in Global Markets electronic trading. Howard relocated to Hong Kong to run the APAC electronic trading business in 2015 before returning to London to lead the MIFID II implementation in the summer of 2017. Joining Fenics in 2018, Howard led efforts to build out the European Buyside franchise before spearheading efforts to begin development of an alternative execution platform for FI instruments, Fenics Invitations. Howard is Global Head of Fenics Invitations and is responsible for manging the team and overseeing the direction and future vision of the platform.
Howard is a co-inventor of Fenics Invitations, holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration & languages from the European Business School (London) and speaks English, French and German.

Oliver Boyle
Vice President, Global Strategy and Business Development

Joining the BGC Group as a graduate in 2017, Oliver has held multiple roles in Fixed Income electronic trading throughout his time at the firm. Following an initial stint at Fenics, he moved to Cantor Fitzgerald where he worked in EM Cash Bond Sales focusing on building the Benelux and Northern European Buyside client Franchises. More recently he worked with Fenics to design and build the Fenics Invitations Protocol. He re-joins Fenics in 2022 with responsibility for Global Product and Commercial Strategy, and Trading Innovation.
Oliver is a co-inventor of Fenics Invitations and holds a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Nottingham.

Joshua Levine

Joshua is an experienced Fixed Income salesperson with a demonstrated history of growing teams and infrastructure within larger institutions. After starting his career at Barclays Capital, he moved to Goldman Sachs where, over a 10-year period, held multiple sales roles covering buy side clients. Most recently he helped launch the Multi Asset Sales Team at Goldman Sachs followed by running multiple sales desks at SMBC Nikko. Joining Fenics in 2022, he will help create client strategy and build the buyside franchise with a focus on the Americas.
He holds an undergraduate and graduate degree (MBA) from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Luisa Finelli
Director, EMEA Buyside Sales
London
Luisa brings a wealth of Buyside Sales experience to the Fenics Invitations team from a career spanning over 20 years on the Sellside, with stints at Citi Bank; Goldman Sachs and Salomon Brothers to name but a few. Working across Voice and Hybrid Cash Bond and Structured Product Sales, she works closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver best in class solutions.
More recently, she joined Bloomberg covering UK Major Buyside before joining Fenics in 2018. Luisa is responsible for managing and expanding the European Buyside franchise with focus on the UK; Ireland, France, and Southern Europe and is an active member of the BGC Group’s Women’s Network (NOW).
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Queen Mary University of London and speaks English and Italian.

Felix Philippen

Felix joins Fenics with 10+ years’ experience in Buyside Sales across electronic trading and trading solutions. Starting his career at Bloomberg, he has worked across multiple Fixed Income products in both a Sales and Product Specialist capacity, where he developed a track record for helping clients optimise their workflows and reduce execution costs. More recently, Felix joined MarketAxess where he served as Product Specialist for Emerging Markets and US Credit Products before joining Cantor Fitzgerald in 2019 working in EM Cash Bond Sales. Joining Fenics in 2022, he is responsible for managing and expanding the European Buyside franchise with focus on the UK, Central and Northern Europe.
He holds an MA in International Studies and Diplomacy from the London School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), a BA in Politics and Korean Studies from Ruhr University Bochum and speaks German and English.

Alex brings 25 years of Brokerage and Fintech experience to the Fenics Invitations team. Working across Emerging Markets, Index linked products and ETFs, he has held multiple senior Sales and Leadership positions with stints at Cantor Fitzgerald, ICAP, EDF & Man and Tullett Prebon. More recently, he has worked with several FinTech start-ups to rapidly expand their client base and product offering. Joining Fenics in 2021, Alex holds responsibility for managing and expanding the US Dealer franchise across both Portfolio Match, Fenics’ dealer risk-offsetting matching protocol and Fenics Invitations.

Laura Puddu

Adding over 15 years of Brokerage and E-Trading experience to the Fenics Invitations team, Laura has held multiple sales positions across Emerging Markets Cash Bonds and CDS with stints at Lehman Brothers, BGC and Tullet Prebon. In 2010, she joined Compagnie Financière Tradition where she launched and subsequently managed their TRADe platform for Cash Bonds and Inflation products. Throughout her career, Laura has developed a track record for promoting and driving innovation. She joins Fenics in 2022 with responsibility for managing and expanding the firm’s EMEA dealer franchise.
Laura holds a BA in Business Studies from London Metropolitan University with specialism in Corporate Finance. She speaks Italian and English.
